Managing Director of Label-Form, Debbie Mellett has recently celebrated an impressive 50th anniversary with the business.

Debbie originally joined Label-form in 1976 as an office junior and progressed steadily through the company. Label-form supported her through accounting qualifications and she became Finance Manager in 1989, then Company Secretary in 1991 before becoming Managing Director in 2010.

The news of her celebration noted that for five decades she has been a dedicated member of the team, contributing knowledge, commitment and professionalism to the success and growth of the company.

Her loyalty and hard work have made a lasting impression on her colleagues, Label-Form customers and the business as a whole.
Reaching 50 years of service is a remarkable achievement that deserves special recognition.

Debbie’s dedication is seen as an inspiration and reflects the values that have helped shape the business over the years.

Debbie has been a huge supporter and advocate for both the BPIF and BPIF Labels. She sits on the BPIF South East Regional Board, and we’ve benefitted enormously from the valuable input and insight she’s provided.

She has also been very active within the BPIF Labels special interest group, dating back over 2 decades to the times of BRLA (British Roll Label Association). And of course, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed having Debbie, a keen golfer, at the Labels Golf & Networking Days over the years, where she has often played…and won!

Debbie’s own journey through Label-Form serves as a wonderful example of the growth opportunities within the industry and her work supporting, developing and promoting young talent, made her an entirely worthy recipient of the 2026 BPIF Outstanding Achievement Award.
